ABOUT RICH
Chief Operations Officer Richard Westrick has been serving ITR Economics since 2014. He arrived with years of experience in creating a culture focused on improving employees' skills, leading to overall business growth. With his expertise in fostering a collaborative environment, strategically managing finances, and tactically building operational efficiency, Rich has certainly been an asset.
He has been an integral member of the Leadership Team since the beginning of his tenure with ITR Economics. During his seven-plus years of service, Rich has helped restructure each department of the company, forming a solid foundation from which to grow.
Rich has fostered strong financial relationships, strong employee relationships, and strong business relationships that together have yielded continued growth for ITR Economics. Specifically, his tactical and strategic capabilities were vital to the business’ success during the first 12 months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He has been an instrumental leader in scaling ITR Economics for continued growth. He has helped shape the services offered, kept focus on ITR Economics’ core competencies, and helped other leaders within the company understand the technological requirements for remaining competitive in today’s era.
Rich’s management style is to lead by example. He leads with optimism and truly supports every team member within the company. He can often be found giving personalized advice to one of any number of employees across the entire business. His leadership has helped create a transparent, accountable culture at ITR Economics that will support the company's continued growth far into the future.
