This privacy policy sets forth ITR Economics LLC’s (“our” “us” “we” or “ITR”), a subsidiary of Crowe LLP (“Crowe”), policy and practices protecting personal information collected through our site that we operate and in connection with the services. How do we protect your information?

All payment transactions are processed through a third-party payment processing gateway provider and are neither stored nor processed on our server(s).

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the intended purpose, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, regulation, professional standards or our document retention policies.

What Personal Identifiable Information do we collect and why?

ITR collects PII data from clients as needed. This information includes contact information such as name, address, phone number, and email, and computer IP address. We collect the following information in order to maintain a professional relationship with our clients:

Do we use ‘cookies’?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow it). Data Privacy Framework Notice

Crowe and ITR comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Crowe and ITR have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Crowe and ITR have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.
