ITR Economics Supplemental Privacy Notice

This Supplemental Privacy Notice applies to websites, applications, products, subscription services, and related offerings operated under the ITR Economics brand (“ITR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a brand of Crowe. “Crowe” is the brand name under which Crowe LLP, Crowe Advisory LLC, and their respective subsidiary entities provide professional services.

This Supplemental Privacy Notice should be read together with the Crowe Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, disclosure, protection, retention, and processing of personal information collected through ITR websites, products, and services. Information collected through ITR websites, website forms, chat interactions, subscription services, customer interactions, event registrations, and related activities may be maintained within Crowe business systems and customer relationship management platforms for purposes including:

HubSpot Technologies

ITR utilizes HubSpot technologies to support website forms, customer relationship management activities, marketing communications, analytics, and chat functionality.

Information submitted through HubSpot-powered forms or chat features may be collected and processed by HubSpot and stored within HubSpot systems in accordance with the HubSpot Privacy Policy and associated with customer records maintained by ITR, a part of Crowe.

ITR Products and Subscriber Access Services

ITR may utilize cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to provide secure access to subscription products through ITR OnDemand for services such as Insiders, Trends Report, DataCast, Alliance, and other subscriber-only platforms.

  • support operation of subscriber services.
