Joined the ITR team in 2017

Michelle Kocses is part of our expert team of economists. She is responsible for preparing customized reports for industry groups, informing readers’ critical decision-making with detailed analysis and actionable insights. Through forecasting, writing, and proofing, Michelle provides vital support to her team.

Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University. Following college, she worked as a registered representative at Fidelity Investments, where she provided customer service support to Fidelity’s most active and complex traders.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and science fiction. She loves learning to craft new things; in the past year, she has learned to make both cheese and soap.

“I love that ITR is unabashedly capitalist,” Michelle says. “We help businesses flourish, which in turn supports their surrounding communities. I know that my job has a positive impact beyond just our clients. The insights we provide help businesses navigate the businesses cycle and have saved jobs.”
