Joined the ITR team in 2013

Grace manages the Leading Indicator Team, which focuses on our consulting business. She is responsible for ensuring that our consulting clients receive accurate forecasts, insightful reports, and engaging interactions with our team. Grace facilitates her team members' training, contributes directly to our analysis, and works with our IT department to ensure that our analytical tools and methods of delivery are constantly improving.

Grace studied economics at Wellesley (Mass.) College, specializing in econometrics. She went on to earn an MBA at Babson College, also in Wellesley. Before ITR, Grace worked at Apple Inc.; she focused primarily on developing tools and metrics for the company's B2B division.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys taking her kids to hockey, working on jigsaw puzzles, knitting, and hiking near her home in the White Mountains.

"It is important to me that my work has an impact, and it certainly does," Grace says. "I can see the direct impact of my work in the people I have helped train, the clients we have helped beat the cycle, and the technological improvements we have made as a company."
