As Director of Speaking Services, Alex Chausovsky performs a variety of important roles at ITR Economics. He is one of our highly sought-after speakers, delivering keynotes at leading industry, association, and company events every year. His responsibilities as director also include training new speakers and providing ongoing support and education for the entire speaking team. Outside of his speaking role, Alex delivers consulting and advisory services to ITR’s clients and provides additional educational content through interviews, podcasts, and articles.
Alex holds a BBA in international business from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Texas State University. Prior to joining the ITR team, Alex spent 10 years working for a well-known and publicly traded global market research and consulting firm. He provided expertise for manufacturing, automation, and high-technology trends. His work experience also includes technology sales and banking.
In his free time, Alex and his family love to travel, particularly internationally. With a shared wanderlust, they are always planning their next exciting getaway. Some recent travel highlights include Austria, Cambodia, the Czech Republic, Dubai, Hungary, Peru, Scotland, and Spain.
“At ITR Economics, I am privileged to work with some of the brightest, warmest, and hardest-working individuals that I have ever met,” Alex says. “I love the team-based approach, as it gives us all the opportunity to learn from one another, and to be exposed to perspectives we otherwise wouldn’t have. My favorite part of the job is the direct engagement with business leaders, both in person and over the phone. I get to deliver advice that is both practical and actionable, and which really makes a difference in people’s lives by helping them improve the quality and the timing of their decision-making.”
