Kyle Stevens

Kyle Stevens is a vital member of ITR Economics’ team of expert economists. He lends his expertise to forecast reviews, economic research, consultative reports, and frequent communication with our clients.

Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in applied economics from Florida State University. His accomplishments include serving as a returning presenter at American Water Works Association (AWWA) Utility Management conferences and Water Environment Federation (WEF) events, publishing articles on stormwater rate development, and presenting at the Florida Stormwater Association.

Prior to joining ITR Economics, Kyle worked as a management consultant in the water industry, specializing in economic and financial modeling for local governments. In that role, he analyzed community demographics and water usage trends and developed the water rates for millions of Americans.
